I have to say that I'm becoming increasingly irritated by tyranny of Political
Correctness and those who practice it.

As far as I can see it is simply a means whereby any disaffected, or
'unempowered', person can vent their spleen on a society which, they seem to feel,
albeit subliminally, has given them a raw deal in some way.

'Claptrap', according to Chambers' Dictionary, is 'a trick to gain applause',
and that is exactly what Political Correctness is; no more and no less!

It contributes nothing to the common weal and is founded in negativism.
